Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for working directly with sales, production, field service, procurement staff, and applicable processes utilized in the means and facilitation of production, shipping, and procurement of goods and services. Along with its expectation of quality product, understand service is paramount to our customers. All management and staff will be held accountable.Understand that our group of companies operates in a safe, compliant manner. You as a key employee have an obligation not only to lead, but also to actively participate in inspection, reporting, maintenance, hazard assessment, and safe ? work practices that guarantee the success of not only our business, but you as a long ? term employee.JOB REQUIREMENTS:* Comply with all Company Health, Safety, & Quality Policies.* Participate in any associated training, processes and procedures in accordance to documented internal standards.* Working with Engineering, Operations, and Quality Control, generate/coordinate quotations and related support information.* Managing specific project, elements, or division within Innovex as required.* Liase directly with customers, both at a field as well as corporate.* Generate manufacturing, and purchase orders.* Coordinate timing and resources regarding assembly, test, repair, and staging.* Generate/coordinate logistical project support.* Ensure your function compliments other related functions within our organization.* Ensure all paperwork is complete, concise, and accurate to documented procedures to ensure ?first?pass? success.* Work directly with all staff to ensure all are held accountable to productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations for product and its timeliness to applicable documented, internal standards.* Mentor/direct all staff in best practices for all processes/procedures, both documented and un-documented.* Assist and actively mentor all staff accountable knowing continual visibility and growth is paramount.* Assist in Non-Conformance Report (NCR) meetings, investigations, actions, and resolutions as required.Qualification Requirements* One of the following three elements:* Business diploma or accounting major from recognized Canadian post-secondary institution* Equivalent certification as deemed acceptable by department manager* 2 years minimum practical experience as deemed acceptable by department manager.* A minimum of intermediate knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Internet Explorer* Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills* Experience using accounting software an asset* Can-do attitude is a must* Strong team player who is willing to go above and beyond* Exceptional communication and organizational skills* Always approachable and professional* Able to keep several projects moving forward at once* A professional telephone manner* Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable contacting vendors, customers, and staff via phone or e-mail* Ability to prioritize is a mustInnovex acknowledges your commitment and contributions to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) through your job function on an ongoing basis.
