IMPACT! Brand Communications (www.impactbc.com.sg) seeks a creative Videographer / Video Editor to join our dynamic team.

Videographer / Video Editor

Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll collaborate with our content team to capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video content across multiple platforms.

Your work will directly contribute to storytelling for corporate, B2B, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

• Shoot high-quality footage using professional-grade equipment in studio and on-location settings
• Plan shot compositions, lighting setups, and audio capture to align with project briefs

Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished deliverables (e.g. commercials, social media clips, corporate videos)
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual effects
• Optimise content for web/mobile distribution while maintaining technical quality

Project Management

• Organise and maintain libraries of raw/assets/edited files
• Manage multiple projects and shoots simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to ensure brand consistency

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

• 1-2 years professional experience in videography and video editing roles
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and/or Final Cut Pro
• Proficiency with camera systems, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools

Creative Skills

• Strong visual storytelling ability with portfolio demonstrating timing, continuity, and emotional impact
• Innovative problem-solving for technical/logistical challenges during shoots
