Location: Brisbane (HQ in New Farm, though most work will be on location)

Brisbane Real Estate Media is expanding! We’re looking for a Lead Videographer to produce high-quality video content for real estate agents, builders and architects across Brisbane. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated creative team and have access to mentorship, professional gear, and opportunities to grow into leadership.

This is a role for someone serious about media and ready to push themselves further.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Film property walkthroughs, drone footage, agent profiles, auctions, and agency events
• Capture complete real estate media packages, including video, photography, and drone footage
• Shoot Brisbane Real Estate Media marketing footage and photography
• Work directly with agents to ensure properties are presented at their best
• Organise and hand off footage to the post-production team
• Support editors with occasional editing tasks (Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve)
• Follow company systems to maintain consistency and quality across all projects

What We’re Looking For

• Proven videography experience (portfolio required)
• Driver’s license and own car (fuel allowance provided)
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Final Cut Pro X and DaVinci Resolve
• A structured, reliable approach to filming
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for real estate media and continuous skill development
• Good physical fitness and hand-eye coordination – the role is hands-on and mobile
• A professional, well-groomed appearance with strong client-facing presentation
• Great time management skills.
• Ability to work a Saturday morning or 2 per month for auction shoots (if needed).  Time off in lieu is provided.
