As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and enhance our production operations. This role is critical to ensuring our technicians deliver high-quality work while meeting performance, efficiency, and customer service goals.*Job Description*As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our field operations. Your role will involve scheduling and dispatching technicians, ensuring high service quality, driving process improvements, and meeting production quotas through effective leadership and training. You will also play a key role in recruiting, coaching, and developing your team to achieve outstanding rebooking, upsell, referral, and review rates.*Key Responsibilities** *Organize & Manage Production:** Oversee daily operations of all technicians.* Ensure technicians arrive on time and are dispatched to the right jobs.* Monitor job quality and maintain speed and efficiency in service delivery.* *Team Management & Training:** Hire, onboard, and train new technicians.* Provide ongoing training to improve service quality and customer rebooking rates.* Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through constant monitoring and feedback.* *Quality Control & Customer Service:** Conduct post-job calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.* Manage quality control measures including touch-ups and detailed customer feedback documentation.* Increase rebooking, upsell, referral, and review rates through proactive customer engagement.* *Financial & Process Management:** Collect outstanding payments from customers.* Ensure adherence to budget guidelines for revenue and technician pay.* Organize equipment and maintain checklists for new equipment needs.* Develop and implement processes to improve overall operational efficiency.* *Performance & Sales Oversight:** Monitor weekly production quotas:* *Base Quota:* $500 per week (Rebooking: 4/10, Review: 4/10, Referral: 2/10, Upsell: 2/10 per 10 customers)* *50% Above Quota:* $1,000 per week (Rebooking: 6/10, Review: 6/10, Referral: 3/10, Upsell: 3/10 per 10 customers)* *Doubling Quota:* $1,500 per week (Rebooking: 8/10, Review: 8/10, Referral: 4/10, Upsell: 4/10 per 10 customers)* Oversee and manage performance-based metrics to ensure continuous improvement and team success.* *Recruiting & Process Explanation:** Recruit top talent to join the team.* Demonstrate conscious competence by clearly explaining processes and the rationale behind them.* Exhibit strong judgment and patience in handling various operational challenges.*Skills and Qualifications** Proven experience in production management, preferably within the window cleaning or related field service industry.* Strong sales and customer service acumen.* Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage a team effectively.* Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to explain processes clearly and implement continuous improvement initiatives.* High level of patience, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and leadership abilities.*Compensation and Benefits** *Base Salary:* $40,000 per year (paid over a 10-month period with a 2-month break)* *Performance-Based Incentives:* Additional $30,000 to $90,000 per year based on achieving key production metrics and performance quotas.* *Commission:* 1% commission on revenue collected by your hired and managed team (revenue cap between $2.5M and $3M per production manager)* *Bonuses:** No bonus if production is under quota.* $500 per week bonus for
