Are you a creative and skilled videographer with an eye for cinematic storytelling? I’m looking for someone to help take my real estate listing videos to the next level – blending smooth, high-quality visuals with engaging, dramatic editing.

What I’m Looking For: Cinematic Filming – Ability to capture smooth, fluid shots using a gimbal, drone, and various lenses. Bonus if you have creative techniques like dynamic camera movement (e.g., forward motion with a spinning shot). Versatile Camera Work – Experience shooting in 4K 60fps with a mix of wide, medium, and tight shots, plus focus pulling for professional depth. Quality Audio Capture – Lavalier/lapel mics or a reliable method for crisp, clear voice recording during home tours. ✂️ Skilled Editing – Ability to color grade for a cinematic look, refine audio, and edit in a dramatic style (like a movie trailer). Bonus if you have access to royalty-free music, foley, and stock footage.

Additional Details: Compensation – Open to discussion based on experience and project scope. Location – Ideally within or near the Waterloo Region for easy collaboration. Flexible Work – Looking for someone available on a project-by-project basis.
