Boss Man Film are looking for a talented and versatile Photographer & Cinematographer to join their creative team. This role requires a professional who excels in capturing compelling visuals that tell stories and evoke emotions. You will work across a variety of projects, including commercials, branded content, events, and creative productions, while collaborating closely with clients and team members to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Photography:

Capture high-quality images for diverse projects such as food, interior, fashion, and commercial products.

Plan and execute creative concepts that align with project briefs and brand identity.

Edit and retouch photographs to meet project requirements.

Cinematography:

Film high-quality video content, ensuring seamless storytelling through visuals.

Operate advanced camera systems, drones, and other relevant equipment.

Develop storyboards and shot lists in collaboration with directors and clients.

Pre-Production:

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and visual requirements.

Scout locations and plan lighting setups for photography and video shoots.

Production:

Direct shoots to ensure creative goals are achieved, balancing artistic vision with technical precision.

Manage lighting, camera angles, and framing for professional-level results.

Post-Production Coordination:

Work with editors and colorists to achieve the desired look and feel of the final output.

Provide input on editing, color grading, and sound design.

Equipment Management:

Maintain and manage all photography and cinematography equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness.

Stay updated on the latest gear, tools, and techniques.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with directors, producers, and art directors to align visuals with creative objectives.

Manage timelines and deliverables effectively while adhering to project budgets.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Photographer and/or Cinematographer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, Fujifilm, Canon).
• Expertise in photography and cinematography techniques, including composition, lighting, and framing.
• Familiarity with drones and gimbal stabilizers, with relevant certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of audio recording equipment and techniques for video production.

Creative Abilities:

Strong storytelling skills with a creative approach to visuals.

Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging photography and videography.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.

Additional Requirements:

Flexibility to travel for on-location shoots as needed.

Physical ability to carry and operate heavy equipment.

Passion for keeping up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and gear.
