We are looking for a talented Project or Program Manager with a PMP certification and 3-5 years of relevant experience to develop and implement a project management framework for our growing company and directly manage multiple projects.The ideal candidate will be an effective and efficient communicator, technically proficient, financially astute, independent, and hardworking. Experience in the commercial real estate sector would be an asset.As a Project Manager at Clermont, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects while simultaneously building a project management culture and system at the company. Project types include real estate acquisitions, asset management initiatives, and internal corporate development projects in areas such as finance, IT and legal/risk management.*Key Responsibilities:** Project execution through the facilitation of:* Project scope, goal and deliverable definition* Detailed project plan and timeline development* Project budget, risk, dependency and resource management* Stakeholder communication regarding progress and outcomes* Project documentation organization and maintenance, ensuring resources and materials are available as needed* Formal project initiation, management, and close-out* Program management to achieve broader business objectives by:* Maintaining alignment of projects with organizational goals and strategy* Managing project interdependencies*Required Qualifications:** PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required* 3-5 years of experience in project management* Demonstrable ability to manage inter-related projects with financial, technical, and human components* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices* Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.*Preferred Qualifications:** Work history with businesses that have well-formed, systematized project management disciplines or PMO* Experience in commercial real estate acquisition or asset management* Financial education or experience* Engineering education or experience* Bilingual (French and English)This role offers a great opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual looking to build on the early years of their career.
