Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lighting Tech / Production Assistant to join our production team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone eager to contribute to the visual and technical aspects of our productions while gaining hands-on experience in the media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Director with setup, adjustment, and maintenance of lighting equipment for studio and location shoots.
• Operate lighting controls and ensure optimal lighting for various production settings.
• Collaborate with other crew members to achieve desired visual effects.
• Support production tasks, including setting up and breaking down equipment, props, and sets.
• Handle administrative duties such as tracking inventory, organizing gear, and maintaining schedules.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues during shoots to ensure smooth production flow.
• Uphold safety protocols and standards during all production activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience or strong interest in lighting and production for film, TV, or digital media.
• Familiarity with lighting equipment and tools (experience with Onyx Nx1 and ETC is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred but not required).
