*Job Overview*We are currently seeking a talented *Intermediate* *Project Manager* to join our professional services team.Agilyx is a change-ready technology services company. Whether we?re implementing an ERP solution or providing a full system analysis, we?re driven to deliver valuable, long-term solutions matched with a world-class customer services team.You’ll be partnering with a diverse range of professionals across Implementation, Operations and Sales, with a highly experienced team that enjoys a collaborative and supportive culture. You?ll be helping bring the project vision to life and delighting our customers. Working with our Project Management Office to ensure that the project is on scope, on time and on budget. You?ll share your experience and knowledge across the organization and mentor junior project managers to help them demonstrate Agilyx?s values.*Key Responsibilities:** Work to create collaborative plans and deliver projects on time, within budget and scope* Create, monitor and maintain the project schedule* Project scheduling and assigning resources to project tasks* Budget management* Work closely with consulting team, sales and support teams* Ensure project objectives are met by monitoring and measuring progress regularly to identify variances from plan so that corrective action can be taken when necessary* Status reporting and sponsor meetings* Manage project stages – formalizing and acceptance of the project phases and bringing it to an orderly end* Manage change control* Engage with stakeholders* Vendor liaison and management* Adhering to project schedule* Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner to the Project Manager* Manage customer expectations and be able to communicate status of issues and impacts with relevant customer sponsors and process owners* Provide input to project plans for prospective and actual projects*Qualifications and Experience:** 3+ years? project management experience implementing end to end ERP* A minimum involvement of 2 full ERP life cycle projects is preferable* Solid understanding of PMP implementation principles* Demonstrated leadership and people skills* Experience in leading steering committee meetings with project stakeholders* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines* Be customer focused, and take full accountability for delivery of outcomes* Excellent planning and organizational skills* A very high level of verbal and written communication skills* Be able to take ownership of tasks and develop confidence with customers and colleagues*Travel Requirements:* This role may require travel to customer sites.At this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship so you must have full working right in Canada.
