Provide technical support for remote guests using various video conferencing platforms.

Provide support in managing incoming signals from the field.

Organize and ingest video from field crews and affiliates for editorial use.

Act as the primary technical support for operations for the control room and studio for specified times
-
Work with network engineering and operations to ensure needs are met in the control room and studio
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
7+ years of professional experience in live television.
-
Must work well under the pressure of a live broadcast.
-
Must be able to make quick decisions and give accurate instructions.
-
Ability to solve problems under pressure and apply hands-on knowledge to do so.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues over the phone with remote guests.
-
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Must understand the entire scope of needs in the studio and control room.

Good knowledge of IT applications and television broadcast equipment.

Flexible work hours, including weekends, holidays, and possible overtime hours, are required.
