Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative entry-level Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess a strong technical skill set. This role involves editing video content for various platforms, primarily on YouTube, ensuring high-quality production standards, and collaborating with other creatives to bring projects to life.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw and initial-assembly video footage into polished final products that align with project goals and brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and creative vision.
- Incorporate 2D and 3D animation elements as needed to enhance visual storytelling.
- Utilize motion graphics to create engaging content that captures audience attention.
- Manage video files and maintain organized project folders.
- Conduct photo manipulation when necessary to complement video content.
- Ensure all edits are completed on time while maintaining quality control throughout the editing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to continually improve skills and techniques.
Experience
- Familiarity in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve.
- Experience with 2D animation, 3D animation, and motion graphics is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with photography principles and techniques is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video production processes and workflows.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing, animation, or related fields is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
