We help our clients amplify their voices and expand their brands through expertly managed podcasts. As part of our growing team, we’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join us in crafting visually compelling content that resonates with our high-end audience.
Job Description:
As our Staff Video Editor, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming raw podcast recordings into polished, high-quality video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to ensure that every video reflects the luxurious, professional, and empowering aesthetic of the BBNL Media brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form podcast video recordings for platforms like YouTube, ensuring smooth transitions, professional audio synchronization, and engaging visual elements.
- Create short-form, eye-catching clips optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn to showcase key moments from each podcast.
- Design and incorporate motion graphics, captions, and branding elements into videos.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to maintain consistent branding and storytelling across all video content.
- Optimize video quality, including color grading, audio leveling, and ensuring platform-specific standards.
- Stay updated on video editing trends and techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in podcast or digital media production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Skills in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to match our luxurious, high-end brand identity.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with audio editing and podcast production.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for video platforms like YouTube.
- Interest or experience in the beauty, wellness, or plastic surgery industry.

Compensation:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $62,446.00 – $68,342.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
