Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess a strong skill set in video production and post-production. This role will involve working closely with our content creation team to produce high-quality videos that engage and inform our audience.
Duties
- Edit raw footage into polished video content, ensuring a seamless flow and engaging narrative.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project objectives and vision.
- Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere and other Adobe products for video editing and photo manipulation.
- Incorporate graphics, sound effects, music, and other elements to enhance the final product.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in video production and editing.
- Assist in the planning of video shoots, including storyboarding and shot composition.
- Conduct quality checks on final products to ensure they meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere; experience with Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus.
- Strong understanding of film production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Experience in photography and photo manipulation is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creativity under pressure.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing or related fields is required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
