Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess strong technical skills in video editing and post-production. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties

• Edit raw video footage into polished final products that align with project goals and brand standards.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and vision.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Premier and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging content.
• Incorporate motion graphics and 2D animation into videos to enhance storytelling.
• Manage content creation workflows using content management systems.
• Perform post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and visual effects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software advancements to continually improve skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software and Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with motion graphics, 2D animation, and post-production processes.
• Familiarity with content management systems for organizing video assets
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail with a creative mindset for storytelling through video.
• Previous experience in video editing or related fields is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $26.15 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
