DreamCatchers is a premier hair extension company specializing in training and certifying hairstylists to purchase and use our high-quality extensions for their clients. While we focus primarily on B2B, we also occasionally engage in B2C to meet broader market demands.

Job Responsibilities

Videography:

• Capture and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Operate and manage equipment including Sony FX3, Blackmagic Pocket, and Canon 80D cameras.
• Set up and manage lighting, sound, and photography during shoots.
• Edit photos and videos using Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Produce product shots and photoshoots with an eye for detail.
• Collaborate on creative direction for video projects.

Graphic Design:

• Create graphics for websites, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms with quick turnaround times.
• Design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Utilize AI editing tools to enhance graphics and content.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand and meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and photography principles.
• Experience in B2B Retail or Beauty industries is a plus.
• Experience with cameras such as Sony FX3, Blackmagic Pocket, and Canon 80D.
• Product photography and photoshoot experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
