With a growing presence and a commitment to delivering top-quality products and services, we are looking to expand our marketing efforts by hiring a dedicated Video Editor & Content Creator to elevate our brand through engaging video content. ***National Background check and ability to obtain Employee OMMA Credentials Required****
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Video Editor & Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality video content on tight deadlines. This role involves both shooting and editing video, as well as ensuring rapid turnaround for posting across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has experience in capturing compelling footage, and is skilled at creating engaging content that aligns with our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute video campaigns that showcase our products, team, and culture.
- Manage quick turnaround times to ensure content is created, edited, and published promptly.
- Capture on-site footage of cultivation, processing, retail operations, and events to tell the story of Stability Cannabis.
- Maintain and organize video assets, ensuring easy access for future use.
- Stay informed on video and social media trends to create content that resonates with our audience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video production, shooting, and editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Strong storytelling skills with a creative eye for video composition and editing.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel occasionally for shoots.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
