Job Summary
This is a full-time position with Affinitee Shirt Co. A part-time position may be available for the right candidate.

Job Description
The T-shirt Heat Press Operator will be responsible for applying graphics to t-shirts and other apparel using a heat press. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Printing and preparing wide-format products such as vinyl banners, decals, and shirt vinyl
• Garment sorting
• Pressing vinyl onto garments
• Pre-packaging orders
• Assisting walk-in clients
• Answering phone calls and replying to emails
• Responding to social media inquiries
• Gathering intake order information
• Cleaning the office
• Performing various other tasks as needed

We Value:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Screen printing experience
• Embroidery experience
• Vinyl pressing experience
• Graphic design experience

This is a production job that requires standing for long periods and occasionally lifting boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. While prior experience in the industry is not required, it is considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
• DTG, Direct-to-film, wide-format printing or vinyl: 2 years (Preferred)
• general work: 3 years (Required)
