Graphic Designer & Video Editor

IRIS, a leading portal dedicated to health, wellness, and lifestyle, is seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor & Graphics Editor to join our dynamic content production team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong command of industry-standard editing tools such as Final Cut Pro (FCP), Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and other similar platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting visually compelling content that informs and inspires our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with our portal’s brand and messaging. This includes interviews, health tips, instructional videos, event coverage, and lifestyle content.
• Graphics Design: Create and incorporate engaging graphics, animations, and visual effects into video content to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including directors, producers, and cameramen, to understand project goals and deliver content that meets editorial standards and deadlines.
• Content Optimization: Ensure that all video content is optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and the website, considering factors such as format, resolution, and file size.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize editing software like FCP, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and graphic design tools such as Adobe After Effects and Photoshop to achieve desired results.
• Quality Control: Review and provide final quality checks on all video content, ensuring there are no errors in color correction, sound syncing, or graphics.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing and graphic design, and bring fresh ideas to the table to keep our content visually appealing and relevant.
• File Management: Organize and maintain an efficient file management system for all video and graphic assets.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in the health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro (FCP), Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and graphic design tools like Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of edited videos and graphic work, particularly in health and wellness content.
• Excellent understanding of video production processes, including color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content is a plus.
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
