Social Media Content Creator/Videographer

We are looking for a full-time social media content creator/videographer. The ideal person will have a passion for content creation and be an experienced videographer. Perhaps your background is in sports filming, wedding videography…this is the perfect position for your skill set. This role will require filming and editing of short-form (Reels, TIkTok) and long-form content (Youtube) capturing b-roll, and be able to follow detailed instructions and adhering to strict deadlines. You must be passionate and up to date with the latest trends in editing and content creation.

While the position is primarily weekdays, occasional weekend and event based activity availability is a necessity.

Skills needed

● Proficient in editing in Premiere Pro (color correction, timeline assembly, text, basic effects ) – If you use another editing software, we can talk about that

● Proficient in filming in multiple modes (vertical and horizontal)
● Familiar with and have your own equipment (camera, gimbal. etc)
● Understand the fundamentals of design – what looks good/bad and why
● An active learner and always improving your skills
● Has strong time management skills and adheres to strict deadlines
● Deep understanding of file management and organization
● Must be a team player that works well with others
● Must be able to work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks on time

What we will love about you

● Photoshop/ Illustrator Skills (Compositing, YouTube Thumbnails, Social Media posts, etc)
● Writing skills (Writing for voice overs for videos, social media captions, text on ads, etc)
● Experience with G-Suite software (Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail, etc)
● You consume content around content, marketing, business
● Drone skills a plus or desire to get drone licensing

● You do not have experience as a videographer and do not have your own equipment

Pay: $48,890.00 – $54,750.00 per year
