Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Video Production Specialist to join us in-house to manage all aspects of video content creation across our brands.
Job Summary:
The Video Production Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for online education, promotional videos, social media ads, employee interviews and internal projects. This role requires a proactive and independent professional capable of managing the entire video production process—from concept development to final edits. This position will work closely with multiple teams to ensure videos align with brand standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit video content, including online educational videos, promotional videos, social media ads, and internal projects.
- Post-Production Editing: Handle all aspects of video editing, including color correction, audio mixing, and adding motion graphics.
- Video and Channel Management Ensure all videos are posted in the appropriate channels and consistent schedule. Work with our marketing team to execute changes to video thumbnails and channel graphics
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos maintain a consistent look and feel that aligns with the brand guidelines of 1 Exam Prep and our other business units.
- Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Equipment and Software: Maintain and operate video production equipment and use video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, education, and other teams to align video content with broader goals and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video production and editing, preferably in a professional or in-house setting.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends to create engaging video content.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
