Videographer/Photographer

Job Summary

The Videographer/Photographer will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content across various platforms. This role involves managing all aspects of video and photo production, from concept development to final edits, ensuring that each project meets our creative standards and Head of Marketing expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Videography & Photography Production

· Project Conceptualization: Develop ideas, scripts, and storyboards.

· On-site Shoots: Capture high-quality footage and photos on-location.

· Lighting & Equipment Setup: Manage lighting, audio, and video equipment.

· Post-Production Editing: Edit videos and photos using Adobe tools.

· Photography Editing: Edit and retouch photographs.

· Creative Direction & Vision

· Storytelling through Visuals: Create narratives aligned with brand goals.

· Idea Generation: Contribute creative ideas for shoots.

· Style Consistency: Maintain cohesive visual style.

· Project Collaboration

· Briefs: Understand project requirements and capture the vision.

· Feedback Incorporation: Implement Head of Marketing feedback.

· Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with other teams.

Qualification & Requirements:

· 3-5 years Experiencein videography and photography.

· Strong portfolio in commercial videography and photography.

· Technical Skills: Camera Operation: Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras.

· Editing Software: Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom.

· Lighting & Audio: Knowledge of studio and natural lighting.

· Creative Skills: Visual Storytelling and editing techniques.

· Adaptability across different styles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD400.000 – BD600.000 per month
