Videographer/Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our real estate team on retainer. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on producing cutting-edge, visually captivating video content and has a passion for storytelling through video.

Responsibilities

• Real Estate Listings:
• Create high-quality, professionally edited videos for our real estate listings, including walkthrough tours, highlight reels, and drone footage when applicable.
• Showcase homes in a way that appeals to potential buyers and reflects our brand’s standard of excellence.
• Local Area Content:
• Produce engaging videos that highlight the local area, community events, and lifestyle to attract and inform potential clients.
• Collaborate on creative concepts that align with our marketing goals and showcase the best of the Columbia, SC area.
• Editing & Post-Production:
• Deliver polished videos with professional-grade editing, transitions, sound design, and graphics.
• Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our website.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with our team to align video projects with our branding, marketing goals, and timelines.
• Be open to feedback and adapt to meet the needs of specific projects or campaigns.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
