Video Editor/Videographer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and post-production, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media. You will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded footage into a polished final product that aligns with our brand’s vision and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into engaging content that meets project specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project goals and creative direction.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to enhance video quality through color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual effects using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools as needed.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure all assets are properly archived for future use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing to continually improve skills and techniques.

Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes and techniques.
• Experience with motion graphics and film editing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for graphic design elements is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
