Video Production Assistant

About Us:
Michael’s Paving is a family-owned business specializing in high-quality paving and sealcoating services. We’re seeking a creative and reliable Video Production Assistant to help capture on-site projects for live streams, YouTube videos, and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about video production and storytelling in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality video content of paving jobs, including live streams, short clips, and full-length videos.
• Set up and operate mobile video equipment on job sites.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute engaging video content for YouTube and social media platforms.
• Ensure video content captures the professionalism and quality of Michael’s Paving services.
• Follow safety protocols while filming on active job sites.
• Perform additional video production or administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with mobile video equipment and filming techniques.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus (but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
