Position Details

• Start Date: January 1st, 2025
• Location: Traverse City, MI (in-office role)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility required for projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos for listings, team events, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
• File Management: Organize and maintain video assets, raw footage, and project files.
• Content Loading: Upload final videos to appropriate platforms, ensuring proper formatting and metadata.
• Creative Enhancements: Add captions, music, voiceovers, and other creative elements to videos to match our brand style.
• Collaborate with Team: Work with agents and the marketing team to bring ideas to life through engaging video content.
• Occasional Videography: Step in as a secondary videographer for shoots when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of video editing experience (real estate experience is a bonus!).
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills for file management and post-production workflows.
• Creative Eye: Ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to video content.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with captioning tools, audio editing, and video compression standards.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with videography, drone operation, or photography is a plus.
• Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with a fun, dynamic team in a fast-moving environment.
