Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Content Creator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will travel to properties to capture photographs and videos that highlight their unique features. Your creativity and expertise will be essential in helping clients effectively market and sell their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to designated properties to conduct photo and video shoots.
• Capture high-quality images and videos that highlight each property’s best attributes.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and property owners to meet their specific visual needs.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all photography and videography equipment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in photography and videography is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Daily Responsibilities:

Each day, you will start by reviewing your scheduled property visits and planning your route. You will drive to various locations, equipped with your photography and videography gear, ready to create captivating visual content.

Upon arriving at each property, you will conduct a thorough walkthrough to identify unique features worth highlighting. You’ll capture high-quality photos and engaging video footage, ensuring that each frame reflects the property’s best attributes.

At the end of your shooting schedule, you will return to your base of operations and upload all media files to our computer system. Organizing and preparing the raw content for editing will be crucial in maintaining an efficient workflow. This process allows for timely processing and enhancement of the visuals to meet our quality standards.
