Production Assistant (Spanish)

Job Title – Production Assistant
Location – Culver City, CA
6 Months Contract to Hire Permanent
Salary – $18- $20/hr (Negotiable)

Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish – “Proficiency in Spanish is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners

The Production Assistant is responsible for managing the coordination and project management of the production studio. This role involves sending contracts, cost tracking, and ensuring that all financial transactions are documented and reported accurately. The Production Assistant works closely with producers and other departments to ensure financial efficiency throughout the production process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production management, project coordination film, or television industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Culver City, CA for 4 days a week

Pay: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour
