Videographer

Job Overview:
A real estate team located in the West Valley, is seeking a talented Videographer to join our creative department. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content to promote our real estate properties and enhance our online presence.

Duties:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create engaging video content for property listings, virtual tours, and promotional materials.
– Operate video equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio devices to ensure high-quality footage.
– Edit raw video footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to produce polished final products.
– Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance videos and maintain brand consistency.
– Manage all aspects of video production from pre-production planning to post-production editing and distribution.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video quality and storytelling.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing videography skills.

-Must live in the Phoenix area and have reliable transportation.

-Must have your own equipment.

– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.

– Solid understanding of film techniques, lighting principles, and camera operation.

– Knowledge of post-production processes including color correction, audio editing, and video compression.

– Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.

– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
