The Classic Partnership
Full job description
Are you the kind of person who can:
- Spot the perfect camera angle in a chaotic setting,
- Edit videos like a cinematic wizard, and
- Charm clients with marketing magic?
If so, we’re looking for YOU!
Here’s the role:
You’ll juggle tripods and timelines, create scroll-stopping content, and keep our clients smiling brighter than a ring light at golden hour.
What you’ll be doing:
Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit compelling videos for social media (think reels, TikToks, and client promos).
Creative Copywriting: Craft captions sharper than a pair of scissors in a “no running” zone.
Account Management: Keep client projects on track with Jedi-like organizational skills.
Design Collaboration: Work with designers to ensure video content matches branding perfection.
Performance Analysis: Monitor video performance metrics and brainstorm improvements.
Must-have superpowers:
Video Shooting Skills: Experience with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and smartphone videography. Bonus points for knowing how to rig lighting that doesn’t cast a shadow of doubt.
Editing Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a HUGE plus.
Social Media Savvy: You know the difference between a TikTok trend and an Instagram faux pas.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate “I’ll know it when I see it” feedback into visual gold.
Driving License: Valid Canadian Driving License and a car
Trend Spotter: You stay ahead of viral trends and know how to adapt them for brands.
Experience we’re looking for:
2+ years in videography (bonus if it’s social-media-focused).
Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
A portfolio that makes us say WOW (seriously, we’re excited to see your work).
