Bclip Productions is an established video production firm based in Asheville, NC. We have been in business for over 20 years and have produced videos for clients around the world. We specialize in corporate documentaries, commercials, training, travel, social media, and infomercials.
Bclip has an open position on our post production team based in Asheville, NC. This post is NOT looking for a remote employee, but someone to work from our Asheville, NC office. Relocation assistance is not provided. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and being part of a team. Applicants must be fluent with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Characteristics of Ideal Candidate – Positive attitude, passion for your work, sense of humor, desire to learn & grow, strong attention to detail.
This person must have at least 3 years of previous experience and provide a portfolio of current relevant work.
Required Skills
- Must be dedicated and have an eye for detail.
- Intimate working knowledge of Premiere and the entire Adobe Creative Cloud is a must.
- 3+ years editing experience
- Full understanding and ability to work with After Effects and Photoshop.
- An Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes quick ones, is a must.
- An ability to work directly with clients and staff producers in suite and/or remotely while maintaining calm demeanor and creative adaptability.
- An eagle-eye for quality control is an absolute necessity.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
- A willingness to continue learning the craft and staying current with tech advances and production trends.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team during every phase of production: scripting, pre-viz, music, animation, etc.
- Ingest and manage media following our appropriate level of file management/backup/ archival practices.
- Execute basic sound treatments including library music choices, music editing, VO supervision, and rough mixing. Audio mastering a plus.
- After Effects work including 2D titles, compositing, motion tracking, and MoGraph work.
- Online edit including final color correction and conforming to broadcast standards.
- Create non-broadcast deliverables such as video compression for web.
Candidate while being creative also must be professional, organized and reliable. Please send resume with current work or demo reel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
