Job Title: Videographer
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Extension up to 3 Years Possible)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Videographer to produce high-quality multimedia videos for online viewing, broadcast, and media distribution. The ideal candidate will be skilled in shooting, editing, and formatting videos, while adhering to brand style guidelines and social media best practices. This role involves operating video, audio, and lighting equipment, as well as producing graphical elements and occasionally conducting interviews or covering events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and produce multimedia videos for use on websites, social media platforms, and broadcast media.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot video, audio, and lighting equipment for shoots.
• Edit and format video programs using professional digital video equipment and software.
• Create and incorporate graphical elements that align with style guidelines.
• Write scripts, conduct interviews, and provide coverage for meetings and events when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure video content aligns with overall marketing and communications strategies.

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in videography, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of video styles and formats.
• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting digital video and audio equipment.
• Strong editing skills using industry-standard video software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media video best practices, including format, length, and engagement strategies.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
