Job Opportunity: Video Editor at Laventure Agency

Laventure Agency, a creative advertising company specializing in film production, photography campaigns, and branding, is looking for a talented Video Editor to join and grow with our team. As we prepare for significant growth in 2025, our projects are evolving to include more commercials, travel assignments, live events, and high-end productions. Currently, we’re focusing on video podcasts and live event coverage.

The ideal candidate is eager, talented, hardworking, and invested in growth. While this is a remote-friendly role, we prefer candidates who can edit out of our Sunrise, Florida office to streamline editing revisions and project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage, including multi-camera podcast timelines and video blogs for YouTube channels.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and team members to align on project objectives and creative vision.
• Manage complex timelines with multiple layers and synchronized content.
• Opportunity to work on production shoot days (standard day rate for the role) if your video or photo skills meet our standards.
• Utilize our office studio to enhance your creative skills and contribute to collaborative projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (experience in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of post-production processes, including sound design and color grading.
• Graphic design skills, especially with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, are a major plus.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Job Types: Internship, Freelance, Contract

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• On call
• Weekends as needed
