Social Media Manager and Videographer

We need a Creative Marketing Specialist who is ready to bring high-energy ideas to life. This person will spearhead our digital marketing and creative campaigns, from producing attention-grabbing videos to organizing jaw-dropping events. We’re not looking for someone who plays it safe—we want a disruptor who’s ready to take risks and make a real splash in our community and online.

What You’ll Do

• Creative Campaigns: Design and execute bold, disruptive campaigns (stunts, viral videos, contests, etc.) that make our brand impossible to ignore.
• Content Creation: Write, shoot, and edit videos, photos, and posts for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). You’ll be the person behind the camera and editor’s chair.
• Influencer & Media Outreach: Coordinate with influencers, local celebrities, and media outlets to amplify our campaigns and get featured in local media.
• Community Engagement: Develop creative ways to engage with customers and prospects both online and offline. This could include creating unique promotions, interactive challenges, or live events.
• Social Media Management: Own our social media calendar, ensuring we’re consistently creating, posting, and engaging with our audience.
• Event Planning: Organize and execute local events that showcase our security systems and highlight our brand as the industry leader.

What We’re Looking For

• Creativity & Innovation: You’re not afraid to think big and push boundaries. You thrive on new challenges and have fresh ideas that will make people say, “Wow!”
• Videography & Editing: You should be comfortable behind a camera and have strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva Video Editor or similar).
• Social Media Savvy: You know how to create content that works on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You understand how to drive engagement and have a deep understanding of what makes content go viral.
• Event Planning & Organization: You have experience planning and executing live events or stunts that attract attention.
• Marketing Mindset: You understand what it takes to create awareness, generate leads, and build a loyal customer base. You’re comfortable running ad campaigns and using data to refine your strategy.
• Energy & Drive: You’re a self-starter who can work independently but also collaborate with a team. You’re not afraid to jump in, try something new, and learn on the fly.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Graphic Design: Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) to create eye-catching visuals for posts and ads.
• Live Streaming: Experience with live streaming events or Q&A sessions on social media platforms.
• SEO/SEM Knowledge: Familiarity with using paid ads and organic search strategies to complement our overall marketing goals.
