About Lux Lights:

As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a talented Videographer to join our team and capture the magic of our lighting installations through compelling visuals and storytelling.
Job Summary:
As the Videographer at Lux Lights, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our products, services, and brand. From pre-production planning to post-production editing, you’ll handle all aspects of video creation, working closely with the marketing team to craft engaging content for social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional ads.
- Capture the installation process, showcasing our expertise and attention to detail.
- Pre-Production Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards, scripts, and shot lists.
- Scout locations and coordinate with clients to capture on-site footage.
- Post-Production:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding graphics, animations, music, and voiceovers as needed.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all video content aligns with Lux Lights’ brand identity and storytelling goals.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in every project.
- Creative Input:
- Suggest new ideas for video content to engage customers and highlight Lux Lights’ unique offerings.
- Stay updated on video trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and composition.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices is a plus.
- (Optional) Drone videography skills or certification are a bonus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $33.80 – $39.38 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
