We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and help create engaging video content for our YouTube channel and other platforms. As a Video Editor, you will play a critical role in transforming raw footage into polished videos that captivate our audience and align with our brand’s focus on computer hardware, gaming, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit high-quality video content, including product reviews, tutorials, tech news, and promotional materials, ensuring seamless transitions, proper pacing, and an engaging flow.
- Post-Production Enhancements: Add motion graphics, special effects, subtitles, and animations as needed to improve video quality and viewer engagement.
- Audio Editing: Ensure audio tracks are clear and balanced, including syncing dialogue, removing background noise, and adding sound effects or music where applicable.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with producers, writers, and the content team to ensure videos meet the creative vision and goals of each project.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest editing techniques, tools, and industry trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
- File Management: Organize and maintain an efficient workflow for storing and archiving project files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Audience Engagement: Incorporate viewer feedback and analytics to refine editing styles and optimize videos for audience retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing your work in tech, gaming, or a related niche.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and related technology is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of timing and pacing in video editing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to creative feedback.
- Familiarity with YouTube best practices, including optimization techniques and trends, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- A passion for technology, gaming, and creating engaging video content.

Pay: $21.61 – $24.02 per hour
