Videographer/Editor

Job Description:

Instant Chimney is seeking a skilled and adventurous Videographer to join our team! We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable working on rooftops and has the experience to create dynamic content for social media, marketing, and educational purposes. You’ll capture everything from rooftop inspections and chimney cleanings to client testimonials and instructional videos.

Responsibilities:

• Film chimney and roof inspections, cleaning processes, and customer interactions.
• Edit video content to create engaging, high-quality short videos for social media, marketing, and training.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create content ideas.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed while working at heights.

Requirements:

• Comfort with Heights: The role requires climbing on roofs and working at elevated heights.
• Equipment: Must provide own camera, audio, and lighting equipment.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in videography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating filming, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to client locations within the service area.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with action cameras or drone footage for capturing unique angles.
• Strong understanding of lighting and audio for outdoor shooting.
