Dynamic Documentation – Video / Editor
SFM Group – Texas is on the hunt for a traveling Texas team member to video and edit using our Dynamic Documentation process. We are advertising in the Dallas area as our team works out of Ennis when not on the road.

Responsibilities
- Create world class manufacturing and service training videos by producing, filming, and editing best practices of critical processes.
- Guide organizations through the process of implementing video-based training to significantly improve the time it takes employees to become excellent at their jobs.
- Work in tandem with our continuous improvement manager.
Qualifications
· Strong experience and skilled with operating video camera equipment.
· Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
· Experience with animation and graphics is a plus.
· Ability to produce and execute a film schedule.
· Intermediate computer skills (Office 365, MS Teams)
· Great people and communication skills. Collaborates with teammates to work towards a common goal.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to travel 50% or more in and out of Texas.
· Ability to work 45-50 hours per week with gusts up to 60.
· Able to speak Spanish is a plus.
