Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Videographer/Photographer Intern to assist with various content projects, including real estate videos, outdoor hunting and fishing content, studio podcasts, interviews, and agent social media content. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a young company with the potential for growth into a larger role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film and photograph real estate content, outdoor activities, and studio sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging and high-quality visual content.
• Assist in post-production editing (experience is a plus).
• Adapt to various shooting conditions, including early mornings, late evenings, and outdoor environments.

Qualifications:

• Must live locally and have reliable transportation to and from shoot locations.
• Basic camera skills and a passion for videography/photography.
• Understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with editing software is a plus.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and outdoor settings.
• A positive attitude, motivation, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation:

Pay will be based on experience, effort, attitude, “coachability,” motivation, and dedication to the job. While I have camera gear available for use, having your own equipment would be a bonus.
