Real Estate Photographer/Videographer (Freelance/Contractor)

• Work in a fast paced environment and follow a tight schedule

Must Haves

• Valid Driver License

• Own a reliable car

• DSLR camera

• Wide angle lens (Min. 16mm Full Frame, 10mm Crop)

• Speedlite

• Good quality tripod

• Drone (with ARN cert.)

• Laser Measurer & Sketch pad
• ABN

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Accept jobs on your calendar

• Arrive to photoshoots on time

• Complete the photoshoot to the best possible quality

• Follow the quality assurance check-list to achieve the best result

• Communicate with owner/tenant to move items around and declutter

• Leave comments on the calendar for the team to follow

• Sketch a floor plan of the house

• Capture drone images to show land size and locality shots

• Upload jobs on shared cloud as soon as you complete a job

• Pick up/ return keys as required

Work hours

• 9am – 6pm (sometimes less)

Pay

• $300 paid per day PLUS EXPENSES (petrol, tolls and parking all paid for)

Experience:

• Photography: 1 year (Required)
• Real Estate Photography: 1 year (Required)
