Job Title: Videographer/DP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Videographer with ENG/EFP, gimbal, and drone experience. for a variety of assignments. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in cinematography, photography, and graphic design and demonstrate a deep understanding of camera formats and color grading techniques.

Requirements:

  • Local Nashville Area applicants only, please.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in professional video production.
  • Television news, TV commercial production, or long from experience required
  • An extensive portfolio demonstrating competence in all areas of video production.
  • Proficiency in working with raw video and demonstrated skills in color grading.
  • Substantial experience with cinema cameras, displaying a keen understanding of their operation and functionalities.
  • Proven talent and expertise in photography, capturing compelling images that enhance the overall video quality.
  • Demonstrated ability in graphic design and shot composition, contributing to visually engaging and aesthetically pleasing video content.
  • Excellent lighting skills, both natural and artificial, to create visually stunning and well-lit shots.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all production equipment, including cameras, lighting equipment, and related gear.
  • Skillfully operate field and studio cameras to capture high-quality footage that aligns with the artistic vision of each project.
  • Organize, plan, and efficiently manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production to post-production stages.

Contract Type: This position is offered as a Contract to Hire arrangement, providing the opportunity for the candidate to showcase their capabilities during a temporary contract period. Upon successful evaluation and mutual agreement, there is the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position within the company. A full range of benefits are available at that time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
