Professional Wedding Photographer and Videographer

We need 2 Photographers & 2 Videographers that are professional & competitive.
Why? You have to PROVE to clients, through a personal shoot, that they should trust you for their wedding day.
You’ll get paid for the trial shoot and the wedding separately which means more earning opportunity for you.

In order to be considered you must meet the following requirements:

• Own your own professional equipment. (part of the evaluation)
• 5+ years of wedding experience
• Professional wedding portfolio -galleries and/or videos. (part of our evaluation)
• A strong online reputation with reviews, testimonials and recommendations. (part of the evaluation)
• Access to your RAW content (part of the evaluation)
• Access to your edited photos/video (part of the evaluation)

Equipment requirements:
Photography

• Full frame DSLR or mirrorless
• Canon 5D, 6D Sony A9, A7R, A7, Nikon D850 D750
• Canon 5D, 6D, Sony A9, A7R, A7, Nikon D850 D750

Videography

• Videos MUST be shot in at least 60fps so you need to be able to shoot in at least 1080 + 60fps HD
• Panasonic GH5, Sony A7III, Canon EOS R, Canon 80D, Canon 6D MKII, Canon 5D MKI
• Stabilization is REQUIRED for videographers – Monopod, Zhuyin Crane, Ronin S, etc.
• Drone is required and must be presented
• Lens: Fast prime lens 1.2-1.8 for low light, Zoom lens with wide range (Example 24-70mm)
• Separate audio equipment is required and must be presented during the interview.

$70-$100 per hour.
No editing required
Responsibilities:
– Capture high-quality photo & video footage for weddings.
– Collaborate with clients, wedding planners and team members to determine specific project goals and requirements
– Set up and operate camera equipment, including lighting, audio, and other necessary tools
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography & videography to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative content
Experience:
– 5+ years of proven experience as a wedding photographer or wedding videographer
– Ability to transition between indoor and outdoor settings to maintain high quality content.
– Strong knowledge of photography or videography principles, techniques, and equipment.
– Excellent in using professional camera equipment and accessories
– Understanding of color management and its application in photography and videography
– Knowledge of photography principles and composition
– Experience in journalism or film production is a plus

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, wedding planners, our team and other wedding team members
– Attention to detail to ensure high-quality photo & video production
– Creativity and artistic vision to capture compelling visuals
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
– Flexible – the ability to navigate sensitive social situations and be adaptable to a variety of situations.
