In-House Legal Videographer and Video Deposition Coordinator

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• In-house legal videographer for busy Omaha-based court reporting agency
• Technical oversite of Zoom videoconferencing depositions
• Editing and producing videos with video-editing software
• Billing and shipping of videos
• Some travel throughout Nebraska and Iowa required
• General office tasks when not attending to video responsibilities

Skills:

• Strong technology, computer, and multitasking skills required. Background in video recording and/or editing and production preferred
• Effective communication with lawyers, paralegals, and support staff on a daily basis
• Candidate should have high inter-personal and language skills, as well as an effective, positive demeanor
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and flexibility defines this position’s duties
• Candidates should be able to work in a small, family-owned business environment

Education/Work Experience:

• College degree or equivalent
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ideal candidate will be familiar with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook 365
• Must be able to work with and handle confidential materials
• Organized and self-starter; ability to work with little supervision
• Previous experience in a legal and/or business profession preferred
• References and background check required

Job Type:

• Hours vary for this position, but are typically from 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday
• The possibility for flexed hours, additional, and overtime hours may arise, depending on department needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
