As one of Santa’s Elves, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences for families visiting our enchanting Christmas experience, which includes Santa’s Grotto, the Elves’ Workshop, Mrs Claus’ Kitchen, and the Christmas Tree Village. From welcoming guests to assisting Santa with presents, you’ll play a key role in making Christmas extra special for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with families in a cheerful and festive manner.
• Assist Santa in his Grotto, helping with gift distribution and photos.
• Engage visitors in the Elves’ Workshop and Mrs Claus’ Kitchen.
• Guide visitors through the magical Christmas Tree Village.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and festive atmosphere throughout your shift.
• Ensure the Grotto and surrounding areas remain clean and tidy.

Requirements:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must enjoy working with children and be comfortable in a family-oriented setting.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends throughout December is essential.
• Previous experience in a customer service or performance role is a plus, but not essential.
• Must be 16+ to apply.
