Full job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer/Content Creator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes fashion, music, and social media. You will be responsible for filming, editing, and delivering high-quality content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This includes fashion vlogs, music videos, and podcasts designed to engage and captivate our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Film and edit dynamic, on-brand video content for social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and content concepts for fashion vlogs, music videos, and podcasts.
- Manage all stages of video production, including pre-production planning, shooting, post-production editing, and final delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends to ensure content is relevant and cutting-edge.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and voice.
- Maintain high-quality visual and sound standards across all videos.
- Organize and manage digital video assets for future use.
- Provide input and creative ideas during content brainstorming sessions.
- Assist with occasional live event coverage and behind-the-scenes footage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing for social media platforms (must provide work examples).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Experience with social media content creation, including vertical video formats and short-form content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of lighting, audio equipment, and technical setups for both studio and outdoor shoots.
- Creative eye for fashion, music, and podcast storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be based in Philadelphia or willing to travel to NYC.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with graphic design and animation for social media.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and how to optimize content for engagement.
