**Job Description:**

As the Production Sound Mixer Partner, you will be responsible for capturing and mixing high-quality audio during the production of various television projects, including documentaries and reality shows. Your expertise will ensure that our sound design elevates the storytelling experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Collaborate with directors and producers to understand the audio requirements and vision for each project.

– Set up, operate, and maintain audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, and recording devices.

– Capture clean and clear audio on set, ensuring high-quality sound recording during filming.

– Work with the production team to implement effective sound strategies for various environments and situations.

– Monitor audio levels and make adjustments in real-time to prevent distortion or loss of quality.

– Conduct post-production mixing and editing of audio tracks to achieve the desired sound quality and effects.

– Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in audio production.

**Skills Required:**

– Strong knowledge of audio recording techniques and equipment.

– Proficiency in operating sound mixing and recording equipment.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

– Attention to detail and a strong ear for sound quality.

– Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances on set.

– Familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition) for post-production work.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Sound Engineering, Audio Production, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.

– Proven experience as a sound mixer or audio engineer in television or film production, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

– In-depth knowledge of sound design, mixing techniques, and audio post-production processes.

– Previous experience in a collaborative production environment is a plus.

**Compensation:**

This position offers a unique revenue-sharing compensation structure, where the Production Sound Mixer Partner will receive a revenue share of 3-5% for all projects worked on. Revenue will be based on new subscription sales generated from the distributed project, with payouts made on a monthly basis, 60 days after each project release.
