We are currently seeking a talented Video Editor with expertise in Motion Graphics to join our dynamic team. The Video Editor will play a key role in curating and editing visual and audio content, ensuring the seamless assembly of clips into a cohesive narrative. This individual will be responsible for shaping a final product that aligns with the creative vision of both the client and the director.


Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and organize raw footage, transferring files to appropriate systems for editing.
  • Follow scripts, screenplays, or outlines to edit content that enhances storytelling.
  • Input sound effects, music, and voice-overs to elevate the quality of the footage.
  • Integrate graphics and motion elements to enhance visual content.
  • Digitally splice film and synchronize videos to create rough-cut files.
  • Apply corrections to lighting, color, and any technical inconsistencies in footage.
  • Collaborate closely with directors to ensure the final product aligns with the client’s vision.
  • Review all footage, ensuring the best possible output before final submission.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Video Editor, specializing in Motion Graphics.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and ideally, 3D software.
  • Strong skills in video, audio, and photo editing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
  • Keen visual sensibility with the ability to adhere to the company’s branding and style.
  • Proven ability to tell stories visually through creative editing techniques.
  • Experience sourcing music, sound effects, stock images, and stock footage from various online libraries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to troubleshoot.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently while adhering to project deadlines.


Languages:

  • Spanish (mandatory)
  • English (highly recommended)
  • Any other language is a plus.
