Job Summary:

The Videographer provides overall development and production of video products. Coordinates with stakeholders to conceptualize video ideas all the way to the shoot and post-production. Works with editors to evaluate what’s working and what’s not, and can develop ongoing plans to better satisfy needs.

Essential Functions:

• Organizes shot footage for post-production for archives.
• Drive video projects through from pre-production to the post-production process to achieve interesting video content.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to conceptualize video ideas all the way to the shoot and post-production.
• Take ownership for pre-production, shooting, editing and assisting in production and post-production, editing from scratch, relying on creative instincts (while using Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects).
• Selection and implementing special visual effects, music, recorded narration, and special audio for each video shoot.
• Creates quality multimedia storytelling using photography, videography and text that accurately informs, and engages our audience.
• Works with editors to evaluate what’s working and what’s not, and can develop ongoing plans to better satisfy needs.
• Supports the 17 TRG with other videographer related needs as requested

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• 5-7 years of videographer experience.
• Associate’s Degree desired
• Impressive portfolio of past work in the role of producer, director, and/or editor.
• Security clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligibility required).

• True passion for current trends, models and photography, and eager to bring inspiration to the team.
• Strong initiative and motivation to constantly experiment and improve upon each project.
