Product Photograph/Videographer & Social Media Associate

What You’ll Do

• Shoot and edit product photography for website and social media use. Produce lightbox and installed photographs, keeping an eye on context specific details and product specific interest points. Plan on shooting, editing and publishing several products each day.
• Direct, shoot, edit, and publish product related videos including 2-5 minute pitch videos, 10+ minute “how-to” installation videos, and short form social media ads. Like with photography, own the production from beginning to end (equipment, shooting, digital editing, and loading to the web). Plan on shooting, editing and publishing 1-2 videos each day.
• Take direction from the product team on key aspects of a product and use your creativity and familiarity with the market to develop new product collateral for web/social use with minimal additional direction.
• Create and schedule organic posts on all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Answer questions and engage with responses to posts. Participate in a value-add manner in relevant Facebook groups and message forums.
• Utilize social media management, reporting, and automation tools such as Later.com and SEMrush.com, Meta Business Suite and organic reporting tools in social platforms (ie. post insights).
• Create experiential content, installation content, customer content, and engaging content around Tesla’s and other EV’s. Utilize company vehicles in lifestyle settings. Create copy for social posts written with proper brand context and swagger.
• Enjoy studying latest social media concepts/strategy for growing followings and driving engagement.
• Work with 3rd party content creators on collaborations.

Who You Are

• Passion for cars and electric vehicles, experience modifying cars preferred.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro editing.
• Driven, resourceful, creative with a passion to keep us #1.
• Proficient in publishing on all social media platforms with a keen eye for trending content. Staying on top of new social products. Pulse on current/cultural events that can help direct and amplify engaging conversation.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Producing different assets for multiple platforms real-time.
• Organized with strong project management ability.
• Collaborative team member who is willing to work with multiple cross functional departments to produce the best content possible.
• Understanding of video editing/shooting and how to curate and format platform specific content.

Bonus if you have advanced knowledge of (not required):

• Facebook Business Suite and Ad Manager
• Social media management/tool software
• YouTube and Google advertising experience

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
