Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess a strong technical skill set in video editing and post-production. As a Video Editor, you will work closely with our production team to create engaging content that meets the needs of our clients and audience.

Responsibilities
– Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project goals and timelines.
– Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and creative vision.
– Utilize various editing software and tools to enhance video quality, including color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
– Manage video files using FTP protocols and organize assets efficiently with Adobe Bridge.
– Assist in the pre-production process by providing input on videography techniques and shot selection.
– Participate in post-production processes, ensuring all edits are completed on time and meet quality standards.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing, 3D animation, and photography techniques.

Experience
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Avid, Maya, or similar platforms is required.
– Experience in post-production processes including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects is essential.
– Familiarity with Capture One for image processing is a plus.
– Previous experience in film or videography is highly desirable.
– Knowledge of 3D animation techniques is an advantage but not mandatory.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
