Social Media Influencer Specialist / Videographer / Photographer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Social Media Influencer Partner, Videographer, and Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in photography and videography, with a comprehensive understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing. You will collaborate on a range of projects, including community events across the Central Coast of California, working both as a content creator and alongside me as a partner in executing influencer campaigns. This role demands a keen eye for creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality photography and videography for various projects and shoots.
• Collaborate on social media content creation, with a specific focus on influencer marketing.
• Actively monitor and incorporate social media trends, presenting new and innovative ideas.
• Work closely with me to shoot both personal influencer content and project-based material.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines, ensuring open and professional communication throughout.
• Contribute to a creative and versatile approach in producing engaging content.

Requirements:

• Proven proficiency in photography and videography, with a strong creative and innovative perspective.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and CapCut (experience with all preferred).
• Social media proficiency, with the ability to stay updated on and implement the latest trends.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be over 18 years old.
• Must be based on the Central Coast of California to facilitate in-person meetings and shoots.
• Strong time-management and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous experience working with influencers.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Drone operating experience and/or possession of a drone license.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
